Here you find the general terms and conditions of Operion Group B.V., version October 2026. They apply to all offers and agreements of Operion Group B.V.

The document describes in general terms how we deliver our services, how a quote and an agreement come about and which arrangements go with them. The document is built up of the Operion Delivery Conditions in Dutch (Part A) and in English (Part B), followed by the NLdigital Terms 2025 as an annex. This introduction only describes the document and does not replace any provision in it. If you want to know what applies to your situation, please read the terms themselves.
